Create a Meditation Habit in 30 Days
Hi there. I created this program a little over four years ago. And I did so primarily for the veterans hospital in Long Beach California where I was volunteering for about a year and 1/2. I worked in several different departments there helping veterans cope with PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
I wanted a program that was easy, yet comprehensive. So I put together something that to me is even easier than an app. It comes right to your email inbox. You get an email every day for 30 days. In that email, you will get a blurb about meditation, and an inspirational quote and a five minute guided meditation. The whole thing takes about 10 minutes.
So for 30 days, you get in the habit of meditating for at least 10 minutes. My goal is that you are meditating five years from now, or even better 20 years from now.
